Specification form ing part of Letters Patent N0. 158,373, dated January 5, 1875; application filed November 30, 1874.

Be it known that I, STEPHEN GREEN, of Lebanon, county of Laelede and State of Missouri, have invented eertain Improvements in Hoes.
The following deserption, taken in connect0n With the aeeompanying platte of drawings, hereinafter referred to, forms a full and exact specifieaton, Wherein are set forth the nature end prineiples of the nvention, by Whieh the same may be dstinguished. fron1 others of a similztr class, together wth sueh parts thereof as are elairned as new and are desired to be se cured by Letters Patent of the United. My invention relates to that elass of agricultural implements culled hoes; and the nature thereot' eonsists in a cert-ain novel combi nation of the parts of the same, as hereinat'ter shown and deseribed.

I claim and desire t0 secure by Letters Patent The h0e herein deseribed, consisting of an angular blade, as sh0wn, and a goose-neek tang atteched at right angles t0 said blade by & collar a.nd rivet, as specified.
