Be it known that I, SAMUEL SoNnsninrN, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York city, in the county ot New York and State of New York, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in 'loothbrushes, of which the following is a specification.

This invention relates to improvements 1n toothbrushes and more particularly to combination toothbrushes in which the toothbrush handle carries an additional toilet appliance.

Further objects of this invention will be apparent from the specification and drawings in whichf Fig. l is a perspective view partlym section of my improved combination toothbrush.

The principal object of this invention is to provide a combination toothbrush in which the brush portion ot' the toothbrush is separaablc from the handle and in which also the handle is hollowed so as to carry an additioned toilet appliance and in this particular embodiment, a nail tile isshovvn.

Having fully described my invention, what I claim is:

I claim:

In combination, a brush having a threaded extension, a handle tor said brush having a recess in the rear end thereof, the front portion of said handle being, internally threaded and being separated ltromvsaid recess by an intermediate portion. of said handle, the rear ot said handle having a separable tip detachably connected thereto, and detachable therefrom by a longitudinal movement, said S0 tip having a flat toilet appliance connected thereto and adapted to tit into said recess.
