To all who m it may concern:
I 3e t known that I, LoUIs G. BAYRE'R, a citizen of the United States, residing at Hartford, in the county of Hartford and State of Connecticut, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Yokes for Diesinking lWIachines, of which the following is a specification.
This invention relates to work supports and particularly to a work-supporting meniber or yoke adapted to be secured to'a block or piece of work to provide a supporting hold thereon. It is the primary object of the invention to provide such a member Fig. 3 is a longitudinal section thereof taken on the line 3 3 of Fig. 2.

The work support comprising the present invention is adapted particularly for use in the machine illustrated in my Patent No. 1,329,358, Feb. 3, 1920, although it will be understood that the invention is not necessarily so limited. In the structure illustrated I have provided two adjustable arms adapted to engage a piece of work at opposite sides thereof. Means are provided for securing the arms in work-engaging position and other means are preferably provided for engaging the face of the work to secure the work support rigidly thereto. A further means, preferably comprising an'integral projectionqon the body portion. of the support. is provided for engagement by' a supporting crane. that the structure shown isillustrative of the invention and may be modified within the scope of the appended claims.

The work support oryoke comprises in brief a body'member 7 and a pair of relatively adjustable work-engaging arms '8. These arms are preferably arranged in. an overlapping relation and are adapted to be i relatively adjusted longitudinally to ,permit; the engagement of different sized pieces of work. Each arm is provided with a right angular extension}? having 'a work -engaging pin 10 in the end thereof.
