My invention relates to porcelain enameled table-tops and methods of making the same. In the manufacture of table-tops of the class described and that variety thereof which has an inturned metal -flange at the lower edge of the vertical flange surrounding the table-top, it has been customary to place porcelain enamel on the lower side of the said inturned metal flange. l have found that ifthe porcelain enamel be wipedoif F ig. 4.
