What is' claimed as new -is :-k

1. n. combination, an open receptacle, a cover therefor, `circumferential flanges on the cover for engaging'over the' edges of the receptacle, said cover embodying a hinged section, and means Iembodying a ypivotally mounted clamping device connectedxvith the cover for securing the cover tothe receptacle.
