T all whom it may concern Be it known that I, JAMES C. EWING, a citizen of the United States, residing at Oakland, in the county of Alameda and State of California, have invented certain with the fly partly open.
In the drawing 1 indicates the trousers and 2 the jacket of my pyjamas. The trousers have a fly 3 without buttons which is held closed by a draw string 4 extending through a hem 5 around the upper edge or waist of the trousers, said draw string being also adapted to hold up the trousers on the wearer. v The draw string is tied infront as shown in Figure 2'. The jacket 2 is not separated vertically in front or back, but has a head opening 6 in the top, which opening is out a little low to a point 7 in front and is large enough to allow the head ofthe wearer to pass therethrough comfortably to slip on or off the jacket. The jackethas loose sleeves 8.
Having described my invention, I claim:
In a pyjamas trousers having a fly extend ing to the upper edge. of said trousers, a hem around the waist and on the inside of said trousers,- a draw string extending through said hem, the ends of the hem being located at a distance from the top of the fly so that the ends of the draw string may be tied together on theinside of the garment.
