In a perpetual advertising calendar the` combination with a. relatively rigid and stationary body, having ay display opening in its front tace for the month announcement and another rectangular display-opening, registering with an index of the week days, inscribed on the body alongside ot it, and a disk, rotatably attached to said body, bearing` upon its circumference a serial index. oit the months and successively visible through the first mentioned display-opening; ot a slide, movably engaged with and substantially protected by its disposition within said stationary body and bearing on its iront tace series of ordinals from l to 31, combined in such a manner, that when the slide is moved step by step, corresponding to the intervals between centers of adjacent ordinals, relatively to the stationary body, the displayopening for the week days will successively show all possible actual combinations ot these ordinals in reference to the week day characters, registering with the exposed portion of the serial numbers,` means, disposed at the rear of said stationary body for moving the rotatable member step by step, corresponding to the intervals of the indicia indicated thereon, and means, disposed at the rear ot said stationary body to vmove the slide for the display ot the different 'possible combinations ot successive monthly ordinals.

In perpetual advertising calendar the vcombination, with a stationary body, having a display-opening in its front tace for the f month announcement and another displayopenino registering with an index `of the week diyd'inscribed on the body alongside of it, and a disk, rotatably attached to said body, bearing upon its circuinterence a serial index of the months and successively visible through the first mentioned displayopening; of a slide, inovably engaged with said stationary bodyr and bearing on its `iront face series of ordinals from l to 3l,
combined in such a manner, that when the slide is moved step by step, corresponding to the intervals between centers of adjacent ordinals, relatively to the stationary body the display-opening for the week days will successively show all possibleactual combinations of these ordinals in reference to .the weekday characters, registering with whereby when the above-mentioned slide is moved through one step, it is compelled to stop atthe precise point where the successive combination of ordinals is visible in the display-opening for the week days.
4. The combination with a perpetual adif'ertising calendar, formed as set forth in claim l, andhaving` an element, movably attached to said calendar, 'for the display of successive combinations of monthly ordinals, as described in said claim; ot means, disposed at the rear of the calendar, for moving said elements step by step through the successive combinations, and means to indicate by a display-opening, attached to the rear of the calendar, and an index, attached to the rear oit above saidelement, the simultaneous relative positionsot theordinals, as displayed on the front of the calendar, when said element is moved step by step.
