IMPROVEMENT iN FOLDING-TABLES.
Specification Aforming part of Letters Patent No. 135,881, dated February 18, 1873.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, J oHN F. BIRCHARD, of Milwaukee, in the county of Milwaukee, in the State of Wisconsin, have invented certain Improvements in Foldin g-Tables, of which the following' is a specieation:

My invention relates to folding-tables, which are arranged in a peculiar form and with four legs when standing with the leaf spread, or with two legs when folded and set back out ot' the way.

General Description.
A is the leafof the table; B, the permanent or txed frame with four feet, so that the table will stand up when folded up; O, the revolving or movable frame; D, pins which fasten leaf A to the permanent frame; E, a pivot on which the frame() turns; F, stop on the under side of leaf A, which the bar of frame (J, when it passes across the top of frame B, strikes against and is held firmly imposition; G, feet on which frame B is supported and makes the table stand alone when the frame O is folded up and the leaf turned down. Y
The operation of this table is as follows: When standing as shown7 Fig. V1, it is in position for use, and when the frame O is folded up Yagainst frame B, by revolving it, it is in position to he set away close to the wall or in any other position as shown, Fig. 2.
