. Be it known that I, CARL H. ZWERMANN, a citizen of the United States, residing et Kalamazoo, Michigan, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Trucks for` Tunnel-Kilns, of which the :following is a specification; This invention relates to improvements in trucks for tunnel kilns.
The. objects of thel invention are: i First, to provide a simple, effective und compact' construction of such truck.
Second, to provide anV improved construction of truckwherein it will not be necessary to renew the tire clay, tile or brick, or rebuild the same at frequent intervals.
Objects which relate to details und to econoinies of construction will definitely appear from thedetailed description to follow.
I accomplish the objects of my invention by the devices and means described in the following specification. rlhe invention is clearly delin'ed and pointed out in the claims.

In a kiln truck, the combination of the truck structure, a platform of sheet metalthereon, transverse beams upon the said platform with kieselguhr therebetween, tile in sections resting upon the said Lbeams and having shouldered projecting parts interlocking at their upper surfaces, and bolts disposed through the-said tiles to retain the same, all coacting substantially as described for the purpose specified] l 3. In Aa tunnel-kiln truck structure the combination of a platform, shouldered tile therethrough, and a bar engaged by said bolts v,rejecting from one end to form an interlock with the next succeeding truck, all coacting as specified.
4. In a truck for a tunnel kiln, the come bination of transversely disposed tile with shouldered interlocking parte, longitudinal bolts therethrough, and bars disposed to receive the said bolts andform projections for interlocking of the trucks. A Y
5. In a kiln truck, the combination of a truck structure, platform, spaced beams disposed `upon said platform with kieselguhr therebetween, and shouldered tile disposed upon and supported by said bars and inter-l locking with each other, and means4 for securing said tile in position.
