Be it known that I, ROBERT L. 'IUTTLE, a
citizen of the United States, residing at St.
Charles, in the county of St. Charles and State of Missouri, have invented a new and tion and arrangement of parts and in the details of construction hereinafter described and claimed, it being understood that changes in the precise embodiment of the invention herein disclosed can be made within the scope of what is claimed, without departing from the spirit of the invention. It will be obvious from the foregoing that the spring constitutes a means whereby the rider 8 may be held in vertically adjusted-positions in the bore 6 of the standard 4, the Wheels 11 facilitating a vertical adjustment of the rider. i
