Be it known that I, Fnat'pk KALIs'rA, a citizen of the ,United States, residing at Steinway, Long Island, in the county of Queens and State of New York, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Games, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact specification.

rIhis invention relates to a game to be known as Rollout, and has for its object to provide a game apparatus including a board having a series of indicia. bea-ringispaces, a corresponding number of disks to fit over said spaces and cover the indicia thereon, and a chance controlled play indicating means to determine which of the spaces are to be covered. The game apparatus may also include a score card or sheet to be used in connection with the game as will be hereinafter explained.

The invention will be first hereinafter described in connection with the accompanying drawings which constitute part of this specification, and then more specifically defined in the claims at the end of the description.

In the accompanying drawings, wherein similar reference characters are used to designate corresponding parts throughout the several views.

Figure 1 is a plan view of al board to be used with my improved game.

Fig. 2 is a collective view of one set of disks such as are used by each player.

Fig. 3 is a view of the referred form of chance controlled play indicator, comprising two dice and a cup, and

Fig. 4 is a plan view of a score card or sheet, for use with the O'ame.

The board 1 is preierably made rectan gular but its shape andl dimensions may be varied it desired. On the upper surface of the board a plurality of series of spaces 2 are indicated, said spaces being preferably round as illustrated. Six groups or series oi spaces are marked on the board illustrated in Fig. 1 and are distinguished from each other by the letters A, B, C, D, E and F. The board is thus adapted for use by any number" of players up to six. Each of the groups or series of s aces 2 bear progressive indicia, preferably the numerals 2 to 12, there being eleven spaces in each group or series.

The game apparatus includes a set of eleven disks 3, Fig. 2, corresponding to each ,group or series of spaces 2, so that where the a distinctive color, and the corresponding group of spaces 2 on the board may be similarly colored to prevent confusion.

ln playing the game, two dice 4 and dice cup 5, Fig. 3, and a. score card 6, Fig. 4, or other sheet of paper, are used. The players roll out the dice in turn and cover the spaces in their respectivegroups bearing indicia corresponding to the numbers shown on the dice with the disks 3. When a player rolls out a number which has already been covered by him, the next player is entitled to cover the same number in his group of spaces, and if said next player has said space already covered, the next player after him may cover this space, and so on. If a player rolls out a number which has already een covered. by all the players, he must make a mark onthe score card opposite the letter corresponding to his group of spaces. When all of the spaces have been covered in any one group, the game is concluded, and the player having the fewest number of marks on the score card is the winner. For example, if six persons have been playing a game and the score shown in Fig. 4 is the result, the player using the group of spaces D Will be the winner because he has only one mark on the score card.

Having thus described my invention, what I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent of the United States is:

1. A game apparatus including a game l board presenting a plurality of series of spaces, progressive indicia on said spaces, a series of disks correspondin to each of said series of spaces and adapted to be arranged in superimposed relation on said spaces for coverin the indicia thereon, and a chance control ed play indicator to determine which particular space is to be covered by each player in turn.
