In positioning the ring holder upon the ring rail the screws 19 and 21 are left loose until the ring holder and ring are accurately centered with relation to the spindle. Under ordinary conditions, however, I prefer to use A one rigid clip and one yielding clip as shown in the drawing.
Having thus described my invention it I will be evident that changes and modifications can be made therein by those skilled in the art without departing from the splrit and scope thereof as set forth in the claims What I do claim is 1.
