To all whom it 'may concern.-
Be it known that I, THOMAS C. R1cHARDs,of the city, county, and Stato of N ew York, have invented a new andnscfnl Imprm'ement in Picture-Nails; and
l do hereby declare that the followingvis a full, clear,` andexact description thereof, which will-enable others skilled in the art to make and use the same,*reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming part of this speciiication, in-whieh the igure'is a side view of my improved picture-nail, partly in section, through the porcelain head.A
