BATH-TUB ATTACHMENT.

Be it known that-I, FULTON R. LrrroN, a citizen of the United 'States, residing at Albuquerque, in the county of "Bernahllo and State of New Mexico, have invented new and useful Improvements in Bath-Tub Atfication.

The present invention provides for partitioning off a-bath" tub, whereby'the same- 'may'lbe adapted for bathing children, or as titio'nto the-tub in the located position, the parts being so constructed as to insure aa foot tub, or'for use as a sitz-bath, the purpose being to provide'a partition-which may belocatedat any required'point in the'length of the tub, and means for securing the parclose-joint between the partitionand the and readily removed as may be desired.

The invention consists of the novel features, details of construction and combination of parts, which hereinafter will be more particularly set forth, illustrated in the accompanying drawing, and pointed out in the appended claim.

The numeral 1 designates a bath tub of the type provided with a rolled rim. The device comprises a partition 2 and a securing bar 3. The partition 2 is of a size to fit within the tub and to conform to the outline thereof so as to cause its lower and vertical edges to engage with the bottom and sides of the tub. A yieldable edge 4 is fitted to the bottom and sides of the partition and insures a close joint with the cor-.
