-To all whom it may concern Be it known that I, RAPHAEL Mom'rz SnnDIs, of thecity, county, and State of New York, have invented a new and improved Muff; and I do hereby declare that the following ,is a full, clear, and exa-et description thereof, which. will enable others skilled `in the art to make and use the same, reference -being had' to the accompanying drawing'fbrming part of this specification.

The pocket aps'were heretofore separately secured to the covering of the muti', and a corresponding opening had to be left -in said covering before applying it.
My invention consists in cutting the a-p out of the muff-covering after the same has been secured around t-he mu, and Without detaching the said flap from the cover. The saving, in labor especially, by this. proceeding is considerable.

It has on one or more sidesa pocket, .which is `closed and concealed by a flap, B'. This iap may be of triangular or other suitable shape.4 It 'is produced by cutting through the fur covering, either before or after the same has been `applied .to the muli', and forming thereby the flap without detaching it from the covering. The upper part, where the ap is not separated from the covering, constitutesthe hingeou which the'lap is turned to open-or close the pocket.
