Be it known that l, BROR CARL lvnn' i{i,ii.r.oninv, a subject of the King of Sweden, residing at ldasadena, inthe county ot Los Angeles and State of Calitoriiia,'liave invented a nevv and usetnl Valve-Lifting Device, ot which the tollovving' is a speciiication.
This invention relates to means or lifting the valves of gas engines, and the main object ot the invention is to provide a device for this purpose with `iconvenient and effective means for releasably locking; the valve litter in position to hold the valve open.
Other objects oit the invention will appear hereinafter.
