' citizen of the United States, residing in Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new and useful Improvement in Combined Lavatories and of which the folatory supply spout is formed or cast in tegrally with the other portions My invention may be used in all places where individual lavatories and sanitary drinking cups are desirable but the structure which I have shown is more especially designed for use in prisons and the struc ture is so made that there are practically no exposed metallic parts either in the form of faucets or spouts, and all connecting plumbing is concealed when the lavatory is in place/ My invention may be embodied in various forms of lavatories other than the one which I have shown, as will be obvious to those skilled in the art, and it will be understood that I the form which I have shown is illustrative specification Figure '1 is a only, for the purpose of giving a better understanding of the invention. I have shown my improvements as applied to a flat back, vitreous lavatory but all changes and modifications are contemplated as fairly come withinthe scope of the appendedclaims. My iiivention furthermore consists in the improvements in the parts and devices and in the combinations of parts and devices herein shown, described and'claimed.
In the drawings forming a part of this side view of a lavatory embodying my improvements, showing the wall to which it is attached, in cross section. Fig. 2 is. a front view of the structure disclosed in Fig. 1, the wall having 1 been omitted and the plumbing being shown Specification of Letters Patent.
. in dot-ted lines. Fig. 3 is a vertical shape and is preferably provided with an Patented July Applidation filed November 28,1911. Serial No. 662,856.
