IMPROVED STO'VE-PIE ATTACHMENT The Schedule referred to in these Letters Patent and making part ol the sax-ne.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that we, Oris B. BARTLETT and GEORGE E. BARTLETT, of Lewiston, in the county of Androscoggin and State of Maine, have invented a. new and useful Improvement in Bands for Stove- Pipes; and we do hereby declare that' the following isa full and exact desciiption of the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawings and tothe letters of reference markedltliereon.
This invention relates vto'tbat class of stove-pipe attachments which ise a band bolted to the pipe, and consists in the employment of a standard and double hook, by means of which the entire devioeis adapted for application to horizontal stove-pipes.

l A represents a pipe elbow upon which is bolted the band B. This band is preferably made/with grooves formed in the band itself, as clearly shown in tig. 2.
Upon this band is slipped the standard C, which is constructed in two parts, as shown in iigs. 4 and 5.
These parts are each provided with semicircular grooves c c, which, when the parts are united by means of a screw, Vform orifices for the reception 0f the bent rodv d, as shown in 13g. 1.
c represents a double hook, which is heldin anyone of the Agrooves b.
The device as a whole is simple and inexpensive. We do not claim as our invention the band provided with grooves, Aas shown, for this we know to be old; but
