Beit known that I ISRAEL N. `It can be readily seen that this device is aplplicable to various shapes and designs of co ars without departin from the spn'it of my invention and thou I have shown but one design of a collar 1n the drawings I do not wish to be limited to the-particular form here shown as with slight Aalterations-the collar can be made of 'any convenient design.
