IMPROVEMENT IN SLEIG-H-BENCHES.
The Schedule referred to in these Letters FPatent: and making pa'rt 0f the same.
To all whom 'it may concern:
Be it known that I, EDWARD MlLNER, of Marquette, in the county of vlilarquette and State of Michigan, have invented a new and useful Improvelmentiu Sleigh-Benches; and I do declare that the following is a true and accurate description thereof, reference being had to the accompanying drawings and to the letters of reference marked thereon, and being a part of this specification.
lhe nature of this invention relates to an improvement in the manufacture of sleigh-benches, so that from one piece of timber a sleigh-bench and the knees to sustain' it upon the runners will be made, thereby securing a much stronger knee and bench, with less expense in ironing oli", than is obtained in the ordinary method of manufacturing, wherein three pieces of timber are required, and heavy ironing to make up for the loss of' strength in Inortising the three pieces together.
