IMPROVEMENT IN INSTRUMENTS FOR DOSING- ANIMALS.
The Schedule referred to in these Letters Patent and making part of the same.
To all whom Iit may concern:
Be it known that I, Osonnn BARKER, of the city 0f Brooklyn, in 'the county of Kings and State -of New York, have invented a new and improved Medciue Instrument for Dosing Horses and other Anithe accompanying drawing making a part of this speciiication, which is an elevation thereof. On the bend of the neck is placed a slideJ valve, ll, of suible construction, for the 'purpose' of introducing'the medicine into the bottle or'l instrument. It can also be used as an air-vent to facilitate the flow of the medicine into the stomach of' the animal.

lo use my invention, take' the tongue of the animal toward you, introduce the neck intothefanimals mouth, and discharge the contentsofhe instrument directly into the stomach.
