Abstract

Fired solid fuel boiler comprises a housing made as a water jacket which is formed with double metal walls, and placed in the housing fuel chamber and heat exchanger (the convection part), located behind the fuel chamber, flue gas outlet confuser, the fuel chamber comprises a grate under which there is located ash hopper and is separated from the heat exchanger with wall and the air gap. Heat exchanger (convection section) is designed as a vessel with installed perforated crests and has hollow rear and bottom walls between which there is a hole for the outlet of gases, the hollow side walls formed by perforated scallops between them there is a hole for outflow of the last, two hollow side walls, one of which has an opening for cleaning the convection part where in parallel to the rear wall fluid channels are arranged forming with their outer surfaces gas channels. The rear wall of the convection part and fluid channels are inclined away from the inlet. Liquid channels are set so that the convective part divided with heat exchanger to gas lowering zone and the gas lift zone, the inner part of the boiler is completely or partially enameled with heat-resistant silicate enamel.
