The method for production of egg brandy is based on mixing of egg basis, sugar syrup, spirit and flavouring components. The egg oil is used as an egg basis. It is mixed with the condensed milk and sugar syrup. The flavouring components are added in mixture and brandy is bringed to the strength of 25 % by aqueous-alcoholic liquid. The invention relates to the alcoholic beverage industry.
