Abstract

The present invention relates to the equipment of separation and classification of bulk materials and can be used in agricultural production, food processing, chemical, construction, mining and other branches of industry. A multifraction vibratory separator comprises two or more bodies with sieves tiered on elastic supports, said sieves are made in the form of spiral trays with a perforated and continuous bottom, placed one under another, and between them a passing sieve and vertical cylindrical partitions are located, in cavities between which rubber beads are located, and the direction of winding of tray spirals of adjacent bodies is opposite. Vibratory drives of spiral trays are made in the form of a common vertical shaft of square section installed by means of elastic supports and connected to a rotary drive through an elastic coupling, and with spiral trays through a hollow sleeve, bearings and body of a bearing assembly, by means of a central axis of upper and lower groups of adjustable stops, which are two mutually perpendicular pairs of screws, one of which is parallel to the central axis. The use of the invention allows for possibility of independent adjustment of vertical and horizontal components of the trajectory of vibration oscillations of the spiral trays, and the possibility of operation of vibratory separator at low frequencies.
