Abstract
1. Тарельчатый виброизолятор, содержащий, по крайней мере, два плоских упругих коаксиально расположенных кольца, внешнее и внутреннее с центральным отверстием, расположенных в параллельных горизонтальных плоскостях, жестко соединенных между собой посредством, по крайней мере, двух упругих элементов, радиально расположенных в горизонтальной плоскости, и под углом находящихся в пределах 10÷80°, - в вертикальной плоскости, при этом упругие элементы выполнены в виде упругих стержней круглого или квадратного профиля, или пластины, а коаксиально расположенные кольца, внешнее и внутреннее, образуют между собой кольцевой зазор, а упругие элементы, соединяющие внешние и внутренние кольца, закреплены на них крепежными резьбовыми элементами, или как клеевое соединение, при этом они выполнены в виде выпукло- или вогнуто-изогнутых по сферической поверхности, отличающийся тем, что полости, образованные плоскими упругими коаксиально расположенными кольцами, внешним и внутренним с центральным отверстием, расположенными в параллельных горизонтальных плоскостях, жестко соединенных между собой посредством, по крайней мере, двух упругих элементов, заполнены упругодемпфирующим комбинированным элементом, выполненным из крошки твердых вибродемпфирующих материалов, например пластиката типа «Агат», «Антивибрит», «Швим» с размером фракций крошки 0,5÷2,0 мм, залитой эластомером, например полиуретаном.2.
