Abstract
Запропоновано спосіб синтезу сечовини з аміаку і діоксиду карбону при високих тиску і температурі з утворенням карбамату амонію як інтермедіату, який включає операцію синтезу під високим тиском, яка включає щонайменше одну операцію розкладання-чищення аміаком неперетвореного карбамату амонію і яку проводять у вертикальному обладнанні, яке звичайно називають очисним пристроєм. Зазначена операція також включає введення у нижню частину зазначеного очисного пристрою потоку СО2, нагрітого до температури 130-230 °С, у кількості 1-15 % за масою від повної маси свіжого СО2, введеного у цей процес, причому цей потік СО2 містить пасивуючий агент у кількості, еквівалентній такому вмісту О2 у молях, який становить 0,05-0,80 % відносно молей СО2 зазначеного потоку.
