Abstract

Раскрыта тонколистовая литая стальная лента с повышенной устойчивостью к образованию микротрещин и способ ее изготовления. Стальная лента изготавливается методом непрерывного литья и содержит углерод от 0,010 до 0,065 масс. %, менее 5,0 масс. % хрома, по крайней мере, 70 ppm общего кислорода и от 20 до 70 ppm свободного кислорода, причем значение отношения марганца к сере составляет более 250:1. Содержание углерода в литой ленте может быть меньше 0,035 масс. %, титана - меньше 0,005 масс. %, при этом среднее значение отношения марганца к кремнию в изготовленной ленте может составлять более 3,5:1. Скорость разливки может быть менее 76,68 м/мин., а температура расплавленного металла в промежуточном разливочном устройстве поддерживается ниже ().
