The useful model relates to the pharmaceutical industry and can be used in the manufacture of a medicinal product with a vasodilator effect, which can be used for blood circulation disorders: peripheral, cerebral, in the retina and choroid of the eye; as well as for tissue trophic disorders, degenerative changes against the background of vascular pathology in the medicinal form - a solution for infusions based on pentoxifylline.
Оригінальним лікарським засобом, відомим з 1972 року є препарат, під назвою ТРЕНТАЛ, який існує в лікарській формі - розчину для ін'єкцій, в ампулах діючою речовиною якого є пентоксифілін (ША/9232/01/01).The original drug, known since 1972, is a drug called TRENTAL, which exists in a medicinal form - a solution for injections, in ampoules of which the active substance is pentoxifylline (ША/9232/01/01).
4041/02/01).Also known is the drug PENTOXIFYLINE-DARNYTSYA, solution for injections in ampoules (OA/4041/02/01).
As indicated in the instructions for the medical use of the above-mentioned medicinal products, for the most effective use, the drug must be administered in the form of intravenous infusions, and the dosage regimen must be determined by the doctor and depend on the severity of circulatory disorders, body weight and tolerability of treatment (Appendix of the instructions for the medical use of the listed medicinal products ).
The disadvantages of this dosage form are the need for additional dilution of the concentrated solution contained in ampoules in the conditions of a medical institution. This leads to an increase in the time spent by medical personnel, and can also lead to contamination of the final product: - mechanical inclusions, in particular glass microshards invisible to the eye, which can lead to the formation of a thrombus; - microbiological contamination that can lead to infectious diseases; - mixing of the solution for dilution by medical personnel, which can lead to toxic lesions; as well as to errors in the concentration and dosage of the medicinal product.
The task of this useful model is to create a pharmaceutical composition for the production of a vasodilator drug based on pentoxifylline, in a safer and more convenient dosage form, namely a solution for infusions.

The medicinal product according to this composition is manufactured by VE5 technology (Viom-Py-5eai, or blowing-filling-sealing). VE technology is used mainly in the pharmaceutical industry for sterile packaging of liquid pharmaceutical products: antibiotics, eye drops, infusion solutions, solutions for dialysis and hemodialysis, solutions for washing contact lenses, artificial blood substitutes, as well as cosmetic products, including creams. As the name suggests, the first stage is blowing. At a temperature of 170-220 C, a sleeve (parizon) is first formed from the granulate, which, under the influence of blowing air or created vacuum (or a combination of these two methods), takes the form of a container (container) in the mold nest. The upper part of the forming container remains open and is in a hot plastic state until it is filled and sealed. At the next stage, the formed container is filled with a liquid product through the nozzles corresponding to the upper part of the container. Nozzles are designed in a special way, which facilitates their automatic cleaning and sterilization.
The nozzle device allows you to blow the containers with unfiltered air, which guarantees the sterility of all stages of the process. The supply of compressed sterile air is regulated automatically. This allows you to ensure a constant speed of air supply in various situations.
The next step is sealing. The upper part of the container, which remained open and was in a hot plastic state, after compression in a press mold, is brewed and simultaneously cooled. The result is a hermetically sealed container. Then there is the removal of sebum or waste, trimming of the container and its exit from the machine. The whole process of extrusion-blowing-forming-filling-soldering and removing the obla takes from
From 12 to 18 seconds depending on the type and size of the container. Since the container is manufactured, filled and sealed inside one machine under a jet of sterile air (class A zone), and all process media (liquid product, air, etc.) are sterilized, the possibility of contamination is practically eliminated. It should be noted that during the entire cycle, the container is in contact with the room air for less than 5 seconds. Therefore, the choice of this technology becomes especially relevant when, first of all, it is necessary to prevent microbial contamination and/or contamination of the product with foreign inclusions. The primary packaging (container) protects the contents from contamination such as microorganisms or foreign inclusions, ensures the stability of the product, preventing the reduction of the volume of the product due to diffusion.
It also protects the contents from light and acts as a barrier to protect the product from environmental gases.
Filling and sealing can be carried out in a modified atmosphere and/or in the presence of nitrogen, carbon dioxide or other inert gases. To prevent contact of the liquid product with air oxygen and ensure its stability during storage, an inert gas can be introduced into the space above the liquid level in the container.
VEb machines are preferred for use in the pharmaceutical industry, as they allow the production of ready-made dosage forms in containers of various materials (low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, polypropylene). This enables the pharmaceutical company to select one or another material depending on the product being produced.
It is possible to manufacture containers of various shapes. They can be both soft - the content is squeezed out by pressing, and hard. The liquid content is usually released through the top of the container, which can be of different shapes, as well as a thread for attaching an adapter or a cap.
Containers received on VE5 machines are sterile and can be hermetically sealed. However, for more convenient use of liquid products in medical practice, various types of capping are used: caps, rubber discs, special adapters.

VVEMETTI AMOEGA 5gi uses a special MESA5 machine. To achieve hermetic welding on the container, in most cases, an annular collar is provided. Since the use of Yeshigo Sar leads to a general increase in the price of the primary packaging of the medicinal product, VVEMETTI AMOEIGA 5gi has patented a new economic method of sealing and, in cooperation with customers, continues to work on reducing the cost of packaging.
With ВЕ5 technology, the finished product is: - economical - microbiologically clean - free from foreign inclusions - can be sealed in the conditions of the required atmosphere.

In addition, the difference of this technology is that the operation to control the integrity of the bottle head must be carried out after the formation, filling and sealing of the bottle, before the operation of welding the Eurocap, due to this, leaky bottles are rejected before the operation of welding the Eurocap. Rejection, for example, can be carried out by a machine to control the tightness of the package.
