Abstract
Предложена прошивная и прокатная оправка, имеющая пленку, состоящую из оксидов, таких как FeOи FeO, а также Fe (металла), и которая создана на поверхности основного металла с помощью электродугового напыления с использованием железной проволоки, основным компонентом которой является Fe, причем, благодаря этой пленке, на практике может быть получена оправка, имеющая превосходные свойства защиты от нагрева и предотвращения схватывания, а также может быть продлен срок службы оправки. Кроме того, при восстановлении этой оправки пленка может быть повторно создана с помощью выполнения следующих этапов в указанном порядке: дробеструйной обработки оправки, используемой при прошивке и прокатке, и электродугового напыления. В результате можно восстановить оправку при низких затратах и в короткий период времени.
