Abstract
Изобретение касается устройства для изготовления бесшовного полого изделия из массивного стального круглого слитка, диаметр которого составляет <95 % диаметра слитка, на двухвалковом стане поперечно-винтовой прокатки с помощью удерживаемой между косыми валками оправки, имеющей прошивную часть и, по крайней мере, одну выглаживающую часть, с использованием калибровочных направляющих, или на трехвалковом стане поперечно-винтовой прокатки с помощью удерживаемой между косыми валками оправки, имеющей прошивную часть и, по крайней мере, одну выглаживающую часть, причем определенным образом установлено расстояние между валками в самом узком сечении зависимости от диаметра слитка, а положение оправки - относительно узкого сечения валков.
