Abstract

A process for the production of fiber material made of cellulose-containing material provides for loading of initial raw material to technological line, transportation of boiling solution to initial raw material with saturation of initial raw material with boiling solution, separation of excess boiling solution from saturated raw material, displacement of saturated with boiling solution raw material to boiling tank by means of transportation mean, transportation of hot masses to boiling tank, thermal treatment of saturated with boiling solution raw material in boiling tank, transportation of mass of fiber semi-finished product from the boiling tank. The saturation of initial raw material with solution is carried out directly after loading it to transportation mean as a conveyor-saturator-dewaterer through bringing primary boiling solution or mixed boiling solution to initial raw material that is loaded and placed in that conveyor-saturator-dewaterer. Simultaneously with saturation of raw material by means of the conveyor-saturator-dewaterer one performs transportation of raw material being saturated from the place of loading it to boiling tank, and separation of excess boiling solution from saturated raw material is carried out through transportation of that saturated raw material over section with openings that is placed at the bottom of the conveyor-saturator-dewatered. In the process of such transportation of saturated raw material over the section with openings excess boiling solution flows in self-flow from saturated raw material to tank for mixed boiling solution placed under that section, with open upper section, after that saturated raw material that is free from excess boiling solution by means of conveyor-saturator-dewaterer is displaced to boiling tank for following thermal treatment. A line for production of fiber half-finished product made of cellulose-containing materials includes a tank for raw material loading, boiling tank, conveyor for supply of raw material to boiling tank output of which is connected to boiling tank, not less than one tank for saturation of raw material with boiling solution, not less than one dewatering unit, tank for primary boiling solution, tank for secondary boiling solution, pipeline for supply of primary boiling solution, pump for supply of primary boiling solution, pipeline for supply of secondary boiling solution, pump for supply of secondary boiling solution, pipelines for supply of hot masses to boiling tank, unloading device of boiling tank, tank for fiber semi-finished product obtained. The conveyor for supply of raw material to boiling tank, tank for saturation of raw material with boiling solution and dewatering unit are arranged as integral structural element of the line as a conveyor-saturator-dewaterer output of which is connected to boiling tank, and at the bottom of the conveyor-saturator-dewaterer not less than one section with openings is provided, under that a tank for mixed boiling solution with open upper section is placed, this at the same time is atank for secondary boiling solution and a tank for excess boiling solution. The pipeline for supply of secondary boiling solution is pipeline for supply of mixed boiling solution and is connected to the tank for mixed boiling solution, and output of the pipeline for supply of mixed boiling solution is directed to the output of the conveyor-saturator-dewaterer.
