Abstract

A packing for storage and transportation of eggs is made of continuous billet and contains a base with cells for eggs made in it and a cover with flat upper part and relief side that partially copies the shape of the cells of base hinged with the base by means of two parallel bend lines, between which there is a flat connecting section. The disadvantage of this packaging is its insufficient rigidity, caused by the design features of the cells, which do not ensure the proper integrity of the eggs during storage and transportation, as well as the possibility of the packaging tipping over along the long side, which also leads to damage to the packaging and eggs.

The task of the invention is to increase the rigidity and stability of the packaging structure during storage, to reduce the contact of eggs with the product.

Eggs intended for packaging, storage and transportation are placed inside the packaging in cells 2, the lid C is connected to the base 1 by pinching the locking devices.

If a cardboard box 27 is used as a package, then the filled package is inserted into it, the locking devices 28 are activated by pressing, preventing the package from shifting relative to the box.

Stacking is carried out by placing packages one on top of the other using fixing devices 20, 21.

The dimensions of the package are set based on the size, shape and number of items to be packed.

Useful models allow you to stack empty packages in an unfolded form, placing them next to each other, which significantly affects the dimensions of the stack.

The package can be created in the form of a block-modular structure from modules with any number of cells and with perforations at the joints of the modules, which allows the modules to be separated if necessary. This leads to cheaper production of blocks by reducing the amount of production waste.

The use of ventilation holes on the surface of the product without direct proximity to the eggs and on its entire surface provides an optimal mode, creating conditions for ventilation without significant overheating.

The packaging is made of polymer material, and the box is made of cardboard.

The rigidity of the packaging design due to the presence of stiffeners on the inner and outer surfaces of the cells and the relief side surface allows it to withstand significant loads without violating the integrity of the eggs, both when storing the packages and in domestic conditions.
