Abstract

The invention relates to new chemical inorganic substances, namely to the crystal double sodium-ammonium orthophosphate of general formula of Na(NH)PO·6HO, which can be used in food engineering and agriculture. A process for the preparation of crystal sodium diammonium phosphate hexahydrate by the interaction of the solution of sodium phosphate with aqueous solution of ammonia. As phosphate 29-37 % solution of NaHPOis used to which the concentrated 22-23 % aqueous solution of ammonia is added, taken in 2-4 multiple surplus to stoichiometric necessary quantity of NH, the obtained mixture is hold at temperature of 0-5 °C for 48 hours with further separation of solid phase and its holding on air at 15-25 °C to the achievement of constant mass.
