Abstract

The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering – in particular to termoimpulse components processing and device for realization thereof. A method includes placing parts inside a closed heat resistant and shock-resistant camera, which through the mixer and batcher is connected to the sources of the combustible gas and gaseous oxidant, is equipped with means inflammation and amortized floating lid. In working position the camera is based on the heat resistant and impact resistant foundation that through the hole and offtake branch pipe is connected to the unit of relief residual pressure in the atmosphere and removal of fine solid products of processing. The portion of explosive mixture is supplied inside the chamber, its explosion is initiated and details are kept in contact with the high temperature combustion products in conditions of pressure reduction directly in the chamber cavity. Finished parts are removed after the relief of the residual pressure from chamber. The invention provides a significant reduction of overheating and contamination of the machined parts surface by cutting time of impact action of high temperature combustion products.
