Abstract
Спосіб хірургічного лікування хронічного панкреатиту, ускладненого обтураційною жовтяницею, включає верхньо-серединну лапаротомію, широке розкриття сальникової сумки, пункцію і розсічення головної панкреатичної протоки по всій протяжності, виділення сегмента тонкої кишки на судинній ніжці за довжиною підшлункової залози, проведення сегмента тонкої кишки на судинній ніжці позаду поперечноободової кишки, накладання панкреатоєюноанастомозу дворядним вузловим швом, часткове ушивання і анастомозування дистального кінця сегмента тонкої кишки з низхідною частиною дванадцятипалої кишки та відновлення безперервності травного тракту.
