The invention relates to metallurgy. A deoxidizing-conditioning agent for processing of steel smelts and alloys contains, w/w: waste of titanium alloys – 1.0-10.0, cutting waste of aluminium alloys – 1.0-30.0, cutting waste of metal magnesium – 1.0-8.0, calcium-containing compounds – 1.0-8.0, rare-earth metals – 1.0-10.0 and waste of iron alloys – the rest. The proposed deoxidizing-conditioning agent allows to use it forl increase of impact strength simultaneously with increase of all other characteristics of mechanical properties of steels and alloys.
