Abstract

The invention relates to oil refining, namely, to the technology of obtaining low-sulfur crude oils, oil products, fuels (consistent and liquid hydrocarbons) and increasing the output of distillate fractions of hydrocarbons, and can be used in refining and petrochemical industries. Thus, the disclosed invention is a method of removal of organosulfur compounds from liquid hydrocarbons, due to simplicity and efficiency of its implementation makes it possible to increase the output of distillate fractions of hydrocarbons, to implement the method with optimal number of stages of cavitation processing, allows use of raw materials of any degree of purity and availability of additional components, and also improves the degree of purification of final products, to ensure their quality and to reduce the energy intensity of the process and enhance the economic efficiency of implementing the method. In addition, another object of the invention is a device for removal of organosulfur compounds from liquid hydrocarbons, mainly oil, oil products and fuels, and due to its simplicity and reliability of the application design allows to effectively carry out cleaning liquid hydrocarbons, allows for reduction of energy intensity of the process and increase economic efficiency of cleaning process.
