Abstract
A method for assessing the degree of the hypertrophy of the brachial artery in the patients with unstable angina with comorbid arterial hypertension consists in Dopplerography of the brachial artery measuring the thickness of intima-media complex (IMC). The IMC thickness of 0.91- corresponds to the initial degree (I); 0.96- – moderate degree (II); and more – severe hypertrophy (III).
