Abstract
Description
The useful model belongs to the field of construction and can be used as a roofing material for structures and buildings of residential, industrial and other purposes, mainly in the form of tiles, sheets or panels.
At this time, many types of roofing are known, which are made of various materials, for example, roofing material, asbestos-cement sheets, corrugated board, sheet galvanized steel, and many others. The disadvantages of roofs made of the above-mentioned materials are their ephemerality, because under the influence of atmospheric influences (sun, moisture, temperature changes, etc.), they can collapse.
Multi-layer synthetic roofing materials are also known, in which one layer is the main one, made of polymer material with fillers - minerals, glass, sawdust, etc., and the others are protective. These roofing materials have higher waterproofing, light-reflecting and heat-insulating properties, but their short life is also a drawback.
7765802,Roofing material was chosen as the closest analogue (patent of Ukraine Mo 7765802,
IPC EO40 5/00, publ. 15.01.2007), which contains at least two layers based on polymer materials with additives and fillers different for the layers, one of which is the main layer, and the second - protective, and a metal mesh or lattice is inserted into the main layer.
This material is light, has good waterproofing properties, low cost, in particular due to the possibility of using used secondary polymer materials. However, the disadvantages of this technical solution are its insufficient durability, rapid and significant changes in physical and mechanical parameters during operation. Deformation and destruction of the roof is observed under the influence of external temperature influences. Also, the small architectural diversity of the roof design does not satisfy the user's aesthetic requirements and preferences. When worn, this roofing material is not subject to secondary processing and, as a rule, accumulates in the form of industrial waste, which in turn pollutes the surrounding space, that is, the material does not meet the requirements of environmental safety. Also, the disadvantage of this roofing material is the complex technology and the need to reinforce it with a metal mesh or lattice to give the material rigidity and strength.
The task of the proposed useful model is to create a roofing material with increased physical and mechanical properties that provides rigidity, durability,
With weather resistance, heat and light resistance, the possibility of processing and secondary use of used roofing material, as well as with the possibility of forming a modern decorative surface of any configuration, size and color.
The task is solved by the fact that the roofing material based on polymer materials with additives and fillers, according to a useful model, includes at least one layer, and polyvinyl chloride is used as a polymer material.
In the preferred version, chalk is used as a filler, and the additive contains a coloring pigment and a UV absorber component.
Polyvinyl chloride is a plastic polymer of vinyl chloride, which is chemically resistant to alkalis, mineral oils, many acids and solvents, thanks to which the finished roofing material is resistant to corrosion and destruction. Polyvinyl chloride does not burn in air, is frost-resistant and heat-resistant. In combination with additives, it acquires mechanical strength, low thermal conductivity and resistance to environmental factors - from thermal loads to rainfall. Also, as is known, polyvinyl chloride is the most fire resistant compared to other polymer materials used in construction. Therefore, the use of polyvinyl chloride as a polymer material makes it possible to produce a roofing material that is not prone to deformation under long-term exposure to static loads and has high fire resistance, which is not subject to ignition.
The use of chalk as a filler leads to an increase in the viscosity and dimensional stability of the polymer mixture during the production of the polymer material, as well as to a decrease in the cost of the roofing material. The use of chlorinated polyethylene as a modifier leads to an increase in impact viscosity and, as a result, to an increase in the strength of the roofing material.
Application as a UV absorber additive protects the roofing material from aging during operation. Pigments used in the production of roofing material are dyes that give the necessary color to the polymer mass and the ability to give the finished product any color.
4The claimed roofing material is produced by the extrusion method. The positive effect of this useful model is expressed in the creation of a roofing material with exceptionally high physical and technical properties, characterized by excellent frost resistance, fire resistance, resistance to the action of atmospheric factors, with high deformation and strength properties that meet the industry requirements for roofing materials on a polymer basis, as well as high aesthetic properties. Also, roofing materials that have been deformed or have expired can be recycled, which leads to environmental safety and saving material and ergonomic resources. Also, the use of the proposed roofing material, which can be produced in any shape, thickness, size, relief and color, significantly expands the possibilities of the consumer, satisfies his design and aesthetic needs.
