(3) by adding calcium carbonate into PVC resin, the rigidity of the product and the dimensional stability along with the change of environmental temperature are improved;
(4) the polyvinyl chloride product without the plasticizer has flame retardant property due to the molecular structure of polyvinyl chloride, can reach the flame retardant level (B1 level), and has natural advantages compared with modified asphalt.

Example 1

d. carrying out waveform pressing forming on the parison pressed by the double-roll patterns by a waveform forming traction block with linear speed synchronous with double rolls to obtain cooling and shaping;
e. and sawing the continuously formed unplasticized polyvinyl chloride modified corrugated waterproof board according to the required length to obtain the corrugated unplasticized polyvinyl chloride modified waterproof board.
6. Use of the unplasticized polyvinyl chloride modified wave-shaped waterproof sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 4 in a hard pitched roof cladding.
