Abstract

The invention relates to chemical treatment of metals and can be used for jet etching of internal surface of pipes. A method comprises the loading and fixing of pipes in definite position, treatment of their internal surface by consecutive supply with change of direction of etchant, water and compressed air, unloading of pipes. The supply of the etchant is carried out by compressed air, each pipe is in turn treated at three positions, at that at the first position the etchant is supplied in one direction, then purified compressed air is supplied in the same direction, at the second position the etchant is supplied in opposite direction, then purified compressed air is supplied out in the same direction, at the third position water is supplied, then purified compressed air is supplied, treatment of pipes on each position is carried out with break of jet on output. A device for jet treatment of internal surface of pipes comprises the column, mechanism of supply and unload of pipes, mechanisms of fixing of pipes, system for flush ofsubstances through pipes, which treated internal surface of pipes, consisting from pipelines, reservoirs and valves. The column comprises three work positions for treatment of pipes, mechanisms for supply of pipes on work positions, at each position are motionlessly installed consolidator from the direction of supply of substances which are treated and with the possibility of movement along the column – means for receiving jet of substances from pipes with break, which are treated. At that system for flush of substrates throughpipes which are treatmented additionally comprises the intermediate reservoirs connected with pipelines, bringing of etchant both compressed air, and connected through consolidators with processed pipes.
