The technique for gastroenteroanastomosis in gastric resection comprises the longitudinal dissection of the small intestine, the application of the sutures between the gastric stump and the intestine. The intestine is dissected along countermesentery edge. The gastric stump is positioned in parallel to the intestinal incision.
