A method for gastrectomy comprises the dissection of the distal part of esophagus, the passage of the loop of jejunum through the opening in mesocolon, the generation of invagination esophagointestinal anastomosis, the intestinal anastomosis between afferent and efferent loops of jejunum, and the plugging of the afferent loop. In the course of gastrectomy, the esophagus is dissected generating the acute angle between the longitudinal axis of esophagus and the distal edge of the section of esophagus.
