Abstract
A technique for pancreatojejunoanastomosis in the surgical treatment of the patients with cancer of the head of pancreas provides for mobilizing the segment of the intestine and generating Roux pancreatojejunoanastomosis behind the colon. After that, two-layer hepaticojejunoanastomosis is generated at a distance of 40- from pancreatojejunoanastomosis. Both anastomoses involve the second intestinal loop connected with the first loop after Roux technique. Hepaticojejunoanastomosis is separated from the stomach by generating Broun intestinal anastomosis with the plug of the afferent intestinal loop.
