Abstract

A labeling machine consists of a conveyor for feed of containers, a device for separation of containers equipped with driving sprocket, a driving vacuum drum, devices for feed of continuous labeling tape from the bobbin to the surface of driving vacuum drum, for application of the glue on its surface and for cutting of labeling tape into separate labels, rolling plates for pressing of container with the label against the side of vacuum drum and devices for driving, synchronization, control and adjustment. The rolling plate is made in the form of rigid arc concentric relative to the vacuum drum, to the internal surface of which the gasket is fastened which is made of elastic material. Rolling plate is additionally equipped with support plate, which is mounted from below of rolling plate with possibility of adjusting its position.

Description of the invention

The useful model belongs to the field of mechanical engineering, namely, it can be used for applying 2 labels to containers of different shapes in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries.

The closest analogue of the claimed utility model, selected as a prototype, is a machine for applying labels to containers, which consists of a conveyor for the supply and removal of containers, a device for separating containers equipped with a drive sprocket, a drive vacuum drum, devices for supplying continuous labeling tape from the bobbin to the surface of the vacuum drum, for applying glue to its surface and for cutting the labeling tape into individual labels, a rolling plate for pressing the container with the label against the side surface of the vacuum drum, and devices for driving synchronization, control and regulation. During the operation of the known machine, a number of shortcomings are revealed, namely: when the container with the label is pressed against the side surface of the vacuum drum, the container tilts in one direction or another, since the bottom of the container does not have a rigid support and therefore it is, as it were, picked up by the conveyor chain, which leads to low-quality pasting of the label. It is also necessary to apply a lot of effort for pressing, which leads to deformation of the container, which is made of a less rigid material.

The basis of the proposed useful model is the task of improving the known machine, in which, due to the introduction of structural changes in the rolling plate, an increase in the quality of the machine's work and expansion of its capabilities is ensured.

The task is solved by the fact that in the labeling machine, which consists of a conveyor for feeding 22 containers, a device for separating containers, equipped with a drive sprocket, a drive vacuum drum, devices for feeding a continuous labeling tape from a reel to the surface of a drive vacuum drum, for application glue on its surface and for cutting the labeling tape into individual labels, a rolling plate for pressing the container with a label to the side surface of the vacuum drum and devices for drive, synchronization, control and regulation, and the rolling plate is made in the form of a rigid arc concentric to the vacuum drum to to the inner surface of which is attached a gasket made of elastic material, according to the proposed useful model, additionally equipped with a resistance bar, which is installed from below the rolling plate with the possibility of adjusting its position in height. The proposed structural changes significantly improve the quality of the machine and expand its capabilities, and this means that the overall productivity of the machine increases.

The proposed labeling machine consists of a conveyor for the supply and removal of containers 1, a device for separating containers 2, equipped with a drive sprocket 3, a rolling plate 4 with a gasket 5.
