Abstract
A water heating solid fuel boiler includes a body arranged as a water jacket formed with double walls and fuel chamber and heat exchanger placed in the body, the last one is installed near the fuel chamber. The fuel chamber includes two furnaces, fire grate and is separated from the heat exchanger with a l-shaped double wall with air gap connected to the water jacket of the body, in the gap at least in two rows water-heating pipes are installed, those are connected to the water jacket of the body. The water-heating pipes in neighboring rows are inclined to horizontal plane at angle up to 5° in opposite directions, and the heat exchanger is arranged as a vessel connected to the water jacket of the body, in that one in vertical positions refractory rectangular air tubes are installed. The refractory rectangular air tubes are arranged with skew cuts.
