Abstract

A windmill rotor converting energy of wind flow to energy of rotation of shaft of electric generator with axis of rotation parallel to wind flow has radial blades of aerodynamic profile with adjustable angles, these have respective twist, with number of blades of from 6 to 16, an external ring strengthened to receive part of load from blades, attached to the ends of the blades with possibility of motion, and with aerodynamic profile with chord parallel to wind flow. Additionally it has at least one intermediate ring that separates blades into parts, this is connected to parts of blades, with cut as profile in aerodynamic form with chord parallel to air flow, it consists of segments rigidly connected to each other.
