A loading device contains a jacket with a loading spout from one side and an unloading spout from another side, and a rotary frame equipped with a lifting mechanism, which is hingedly fastened in the upper part to the jacket from the side of loading spout, and in the lower part - to the rear axle shaft of undercarriage.
