Abstract

A device for collecting and transporting the cooled liquids, in particular liquid food products such as milk. In order to allow collecting milk in regions which have no quality roads, the device comprises a fixed cooling station (1) which has a cooling unit (2) connected with a liquid heat carrier system (3) equipped with connection means (34, 35). An isothermic cistern (4), loaded onto a motor transport unit (5), for collecting the given liquid has a liquid collection compartment (6); a frigory accumulation compartment (7); a cooling system (8) including a heat exchanger (81) in a collection compartment (6) and a pump (82) which provides circulating the cooled liquid and passes through the accumulation compartment (7) for selecting frigories therein and delivering thereof to a heat exchanger (81); a regulation unit with at least one thermal sensor arranged in the collection compartment (6) which controls the operation of the stated cooling system (8); connectors (83, 84) for connecting units (34, 35) of the liquid heat carrier system (3) of the fixed cooling station (1).
