Abstract
Вузол формування ниті для з'єднання екструдера (1) із системою гранулювання має ряд каналів (8) постачання, які можуть бути зв'язані за потоком з випускним отвором (5) екструдера (1). Ці канали постачання йдуть до шестеренчастих насосів (21), які мають постійні, наскільки це можливо, нагнітальні характеристики та якими може бути блокований потік розплаву до каналів (11) у процесі запуску. Від кожного шестеренчастого насоса (21) відходить один канал (11) до фільєри (9) ниті, яка може бути утворена отворами перфорованої пластини (10), що приєднана до головки перфорованої пластини (7). Ряд шестеренчастих насосів (21) приводяться до руху спільним валом (24). Спосіб запуску системи гранулювання, що містить вузол формування ниті вищезгаданого типу, передбачає, що спочатку запускається екструдер (1), поки на впускному отворі (27) кожного шестеренчастого насоса (21) не буде створений достатній тиск. Як тільки цей тиск досягнутий, кожний шестеренчастий насос (21) знову запускається. У водній системі гранулювання запуск обертання подрібнювальних лез (12) здійснюється останнім.
